I am so excited to be sharing this recipe with yall today! Growing up in the Midwest, eating collard greens wasn’t very common. But in my 20’s I had collard greens at a restaurant and was hooked. I started looking up different recipes and molding them to my likings. Now, 7 years later, I finally mastered my own recipe.

This recipe is a Smith Family classic. My mom has taken this recipe for Sweet Potato Dumplings over to every party or holiday gathering for the last 20 years and everyone goes CRAZY for it. And the best part? They are so easy to make!
