Baby Girl's Nursery Design
I don’t know about ya’ll, but I always dreamed about being able to design my child’s nursery one day. We rented our last house, so I didn’t get to design the room to its full potential (cause ya know I didn’t want to paint the walls). But this house, GAME FREAKING ON. I probably went over budget a bit, but ya know, go big or go home!
I decided to go with a neutral, vertical shiplap wall. When I have a second child, this room will become their room so I needed to make sure I picked a gender neutral wall color. I color matched this grey from a throw pillow I already had for the room and it tied the room together nicely. The amazing ‘Quinn’ sign is from an Etsy shop and its AMAZING quality! There are a ton of different shops who sell similar signs in various different fonts. This sign was about $125 for 30” H and I painted it myself from paint I picked out at Michaels.
I hung this really great fringe chandelier that I found at Pottery Barn Teen. It gives a great texture to the room and makes quite a statement. These rope hung shelves are from Pottery Barn Kids and they are the absolute best! The pink rug was from our old house where her room was MUCH smaller. This room definitely needs a bigger rug then this one, but I’m too cheap to buy another one. The faux fiddle leaf fig tree is from World Market, along with the bottom basket.

I love walking into this room every day. It’s inviting, peaceful and perfect for a little girl. I can’t wait to see the room evolve with future children. Click the links on the photos above to shop all the items in this room!
